Web Manager and Researcher at Demos, a think tank, London, UK:
- Planned and managed the redevelopment of the Demos website, integrating social software research tools
- Led the Korea research for the Atlas of Ideas: China, India, Korea and the new geography of science, an 18-month study funded by 14 government and corporate partners on emerging trends in biotech, nanotech and ICT, and the implications for scientific collaboration with the UK
- Conducted in-country interviews over 10 weeks in Korea, China and India with high-level government and research institutions
- Spoke regularly to a variety of audiences in China, Korea, the UK, Europe and the US on UK and Asian science and technology trends, and how the internet is changing politics
- Developed multiple projects in the areas of science, technology, innovation and environment
- Publications include: Korea: Mass innovation comes of age (2007) and The Disrupters: Lessons for low-carbon innovation from the new wave of environmental pioneers (forthcoming 2007)

Achievements and tasks included:
- Increased productivity of the editorial producers through templates and workflow development despite an 80% reduction in staff

- Managed multiple external newsletter lists (over 300,000 names)
- Implemented and managed production through four redesigns including the installation and build of two content management systems
